Today is the ninth anniversary of my mum’s passing, which will forever be fondly remembered in her name as “Joy Day”. Her funeral featured pink helium balloons, Fergie’s GLAMOROUS (as she was), and a peonies casket which matches her urn that now sits on my shelf alongside my father Tom’s.
